We just moved from the Bay Area to Sacramento, and I decided to stay with Sport Clips based on my good experience with the Alameda store. It was a good decision. Although they were super busy the stylist (Vanessa) was not rushed and did her best to make me presentable. As a new customer I even got their MVP treatment for free. Very relaxing. One piece of advice though: when the waiting times a very long, the electronic queuing system becomes pretty unreliable. I arrived 4 minutes before the recommended time only to see my name still with a 38 min waiting time. Had my third or fourth visit here now and very still satisfied. The stylist today was Jay, who was diligent and not rushed and very friendly. Another good haircut and grooming experience today with Britt. She was diligent, not rushed, and funny. A very relaxing 30 minutes.

Stephanie does an excellent job and is always so friendly. She’s also very efficient, even with fades. Definitely recommend her!! Vanessa is also awesome but I haven’t seen her recently. Overall, a great experience here over the last couple years.
